Calgary is a safe city than I expected. I suppose what makes Calgary city safety is the huge viewing. I have some reasons. At first, there are not high buildings in Calgary so much. Of course, high buildings is not bad things, but sometimes they makes dark areas; it makes people who try to do bad things gathered because of the prospect of the area are gloomy. Second, many people I've met are very thoughtful for me. On the other hand, Osaka, the city is next to my hometown, is kown as a crime city than other cities in Japan. Especially, purse-snatching: a action to quickly rob something out of someone by force. This crime often happen in Osaka. But, Osaka is not bad city. Many people are kind for others and friendly. But if you visit Osaka city, you cannot be too careful to pay attentions in dark areas.

  3. Osaka is much more bigger than Calgary so, it´s more difficult for the police to control the safe in the town...

  4. That's an interesting idea about a city being safer because there aren't as many dark areas. That makes sense! I've also heard that cities are a lot safer when there are lots of people walking around on the street.

    Corrections:

This crime often happens in Osaka, but Osaka is not a bad city.
